On January 7, 2025, the company's "2024 Annual Quality Issues Summary and 2025 Quality Rectification Plan Meeting" was successfully held in the fourth-floor conference room of the production workshop. The meeting was hosted by the head of the company's quality management department, and the deputy general manager in charge of quality, Zhang Xiaoyu, delivered a key speech. The heads of the hull workshop, electromechanical workshop, painting workshop, and subcontractors actively participated in this meeting.

To elevate the quality level of the company's ship repair and modification projects and continuously improve customer satisfaction, the company held this special meeting. At the meeting, each subcontractor and production workshop summarized their main quality issues, causes, and the corrective and preventive measures taken in 2024, and reported on the quality rectification plan for 2025. Zhang Xiaoyu, the deputy general manager in charge, acknowledged the achievements of each subcontractor and production workshop in 2024, while also pointing out the shortcomings in quality management during the production process. He required all participants to consistently uphold the quality management policy of "strict management, quality first, customer foremost, continuous improvement," aiming for zero defects, zero quality accidents, and zero complaints to meet and exceed shipowner demands. Workshops and subcontractors that previously received quality awards should strive for further improvement; those that faced quality penalties should seriously learn from their experiences and change the practice of prioritizing progress over quality, achieving a balance between progress and quality.

The meeting emphasized that in 2025, all workshops and subcontractors must earnestly implement the quality improvement plan, enforce improvement measures, continuously strengthen the process management of ship repair and modification quality, fully utilize the quality management functions of the QC management team, and continue to enhance the management efforts of "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection." There should be ongoing support for key engineering technical processes and on-site management. The quality record forms for ship repair and modification must ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, achieving full-process control and full-chain traceability. Strictly implement the accountability for quality responsibilities and the quality management incentive mechanism, rewarding excellence and penalizing deficiencies, promoting the advanced and urging the lagging, eliminating quality accidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's quality management work.

Through this meeting, the quality management awareness of the participants was greatly enhanced, and their sense of quality responsibility was strengthened, laying a solid foundation for further improving the quality of the company's ship repair and modification projects in 2025.
