[Team Building] The Electromechanical Workshop Conducts Specialized Training on Comprehensive Management and Skill Enhancement

The training was conducted by Ren Chunian, the Deputy General Manager of Tianjin Xinhong Heavy Industry, with special invitation. Participants included Zhang Panlian, the Director of the Electromechanical Workshop, Deputy Directors Zhang Jingshan and Guo Chao, as well as personnel at the supervisor level and above from the workshop.

To meet the standardized and regulated requirements of modern ship repair enterprises, effectively strengthen the construction of the workshop supervisor team, and enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of the workshop, the electromechanical workshop organized a special training on "Standardized Preparation of Ship Repair Completion Orders and Knowledge Required for Supervising Engineers" on November 14, according to the deployment of the company leaders. The training was specially invited to be taught by Ren Chunnian, the deputy general manager of Tianjin Xinhong Heavy Industry, and was attended by Zhang Panlian, the director of the electromechanical workshop, deputy directors Zhang Jingshan, Guo Chao, and personnel at the supervisor level and above.

During the training, General Ren specifically explained the content of electromechanical repair projects such as tail shaft engineering, steering system engineering, and main engine engineering, and took the non-standard issue of the completion order for the "Murgash" vessel as an example for detailed analysis and explanation. At the same time, he systematically analyzed the knowledge and skills required for supervising engineers, the standardized preparation of electromechanical completion orders, and key and difficult issues encountered in daily work. The supervisors who participated in the training expressed that they benefited greatly and gained a lot, hoping for more similar training in the future to continuously improve their personal business and skill levels, laying a solid foundation for lean production management.

This training further improved the professional management awareness and cognitive ability of personnel at the supervisor level and above, and played a certain guiding and leading role in enhancing the on-site management level of ship repair projects and the technical communication and exchange capabilities with the ship side.
