To fully showcase the vigorous and upward-looking spirit of Xinhong Heavy Industry’s young employees, to establish a platform for exchange and professional growth among newly hired college graduates and interns, to further strengthen team cohesion, and to continuously support the high-quality development of the company’s ship repair and conversion business, on March 20, 2026, the company organized a university student team-building event themed “Xin Blueprint, Hong Style—Setting Sail on a New Journey, Embarking on a Spring Excursion with Fresh Energy.”

    Tracing Cultural Heritage, Immersing Youth

Under the unified organization of the company’s General Affairs Department, the on-the-job university students were the first to visit the picturesque Chishan Scenic Area in the Shidao Administrative District. Traveling in groups, they hiked up to the majestic Damingshen Shrine, enjoying sweeping views of the mountains and sea along the way and immersing themselves in the grandeur of this natural landscape where land meets ocean. They then paused at the Valley of Good Fortune and Peace to quietly admire the spectacular sight of gushing fountains and interwoven water screens, fully experiencing the profound blessings and cultural heritage embedded in the interplay of light and shadow. Next, they entered the Rongcheng Folk Customs Museum, where they carefully explored the region’s unique local customs and way of life. Through a variety of fishing tools steeped in the marks of history, they gained a deeper appreciation for the fishermen’s tenacious spirit and hard work, thereby gaining a profound understanding of the core values that underpin the company’s ethos: people-oriented principles, collaborative teamwork, and a shared sense of honor and responsibility.

After touring the culturally rich Chishan Scenic Area, the company hosted a sumptuous lunch at Yanshan Ecological Park, bringing everyone together for a delightful banquet and lively conversation. During the meal, department heads from the Production Department and the General Administration Department carefully inquired about each participant’s internship and traineeship experiences, showed genuine concern for their work, daily life, and personal thoughts, patiently answered their questions, and conveyed the company leadership’s high regard for and strong expectations of young talent. In the afternoon, all participants arrived at the Phoenix North Shore Camping Base, marking the official start of a series of fun team-building activities. The company had thoughtfully designed a variety of interactive events, including the Two-Person Three-Leg Race, Speedy Three-in-a-Row, Run in All Directions, Circle-the-Track Relay, and Balloon Defense Battle—each combining entertainment with collaboration. Throughout the activities, the university students worked in teams, striving to outperform one another; through seamless coordination, they broke down barriers, and through friendly competition, they strengthened their bonds. With cheers echoing and teamwork unfolding again and again, the spirit of unity, shared purpose, and collective effort was vividly embodied, while participants’ skills in communication, collaboration, execution, and accountability were significantly enhanced.
